By accessing or using this website or the Control Plane platform, you agree to these terms. If you're using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you're agreeing on that organisation's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so. Use of the platform itself is also governed by the order form or subscription agreement between Control Plane and your organisation, which takes precedence if it conflicts with these terms.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use this website and the platform only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse them — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or interfere with other users.

3. Account responsibilities

If you're issued login credentials to the platform, you're responsible for keeping them secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Intellectual property

The Control Plane website, platform and associated branding are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you. Data your organisation enters into the platform remains yours.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Control Plane is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability relating to the platform itself is governed by the applicable subscription agreement with your organisation.

6. Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms are as set out in your organisation's subscription agreement, or as otherwise notified on this page.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
